Mobile App Development

We shape and build mobile products that earn their place on a person’s device. Product strategy, interface design, engineering, backend integration, and release planning stay connected from the first decision.

The business problem / 01

When a mobile opportunity needs more than a smaller website.

A useful app depends on context, frequency, and a clear product reason. We help teams resolve the commercial and experience questions before technical momentum makes them expensive.

01

The product idea is still too broad

Features have accumulated, but the first valuable use case and realistic launch scope remain unclear.

02

The current app creates friction

Slow journeys, inconsistent behavior, weak onboarding, or an aging codebase are affecting adoption and delivery speed.

03

Mobile and backend systems are disconnected

The experience relies on data, identity, payments, or operations that were not designed to work together.

04

The release path is uncertain

Store requirements, analytics, testing, environments, and ownership after launch have not been planned as part of the product.

What we do about it / 02

Useful work, with a commercial reason behind each part.

  1. 01

    Product definition

A shared view of the audience, core job, value proposition, risks, and first meaningful release.

Business reasonPrevents the roadmap from becoming an unprioritized feature list.

  2. 02

    Mobile UX architecture

User flows, navigation, states, permissions, and content behavior designed for real mobile contexts.

Business reasonReduces friction in the moments that determine adoption.

  3. 03

    Interface and prototype

A refined visual system and interactive prototype covering critical journeys and edge cases.

Business reasonMakes product decisions testable before engineering effort grows.

  4. 04

    Application development

Native or cross-platform implementation selected around product behavior, team needs, and lifecycle.

Business reasonBalances experience quality, delivery efficiency, and maintainability.

  5. 05

    API and backend integration

Secure connection with data, identity, notifications, payments, analytics, and operational services.

Business reasonTurns the interface into a dependable part of the wider service.

  6. 06

    Quality assurance

Functional, device, responsive, offline-state, permission, accessibility, and performance testing.

Business reasonReduces avoidable release risk across a fragmented device landscape.

How we work / 03

A clear path through uncertain work.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the audience, mobile context, product proposition, current systems, constraints, and riskiest assumptions.

  2. 02

    Define

Prioritize the release, map journeys and states, choose native or cross-platform direction, and plan backend and analytics needs.

  3. 03

    Create

Prototype the critical experience, establish the interface system, and build the app and integrations in reviewable increments.

  4. 04

    Improve

Use behavior, stability data, feedback, and product priorities to plan meaningful releases rather than reactive feature accumulation.

Tools and technology / 04

The right tools for the actual requirements.

Native development offers the closest access to platform capability. Cross-platform development can reduce duplicated effort. We recommend the direction after assessing product behavior, performance, integrations, team capability, and roadmap.

Why YANY SOUL / 05

Built around the business problem, not the tool.

We do not begin by choosing native, React Native, or Flutter. We begin with the product behavior, audience, operating model, and long-term ownership. We then select the delivery approach with the fewest unnecessary compromises.

  • Strategy comes before execution.
  • Design and delivery stay connected.
  • Tools follow the requirements.
  • Decisions serve users and the business.

Common questions / 07

Before we start.

All services
01

Can you develop for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We can plan a shared cross-platform product or platform-specific applications. The decision depends on required device features, performance, interface behavior, team capability, budget, and roadmap.

02

Should we choose native or cross-platform development?

Native can be valuable for deep platform integration or highly specific performance needs. Cross-platform can reduce duplicated delivery for many product types. We assess the actual requirements before recommending either.

03

Can you help define an MVP?

Yes. We identify the smallest coherent release that delivers a meaningful user outcome and tests the most important product assumptions. An MVP should be focused, but it should not feel careless.

04

Can the app use our existing APIs?

Usually, provided the APIs support the required data, security, performance, and mobile workflows. We review documentation and behavior early, then identify any backend changes or new services needed.

05

Do you handle App Store and Google Play launch?

We support build preparation, required assets and information, release candidates, submission, and review responses. Store accounts and legal declarations remain owned by the business.
